Lauren serves as a Client Service Administrator in which she supports clients with day-to-day account needs and ensures a smooth and thoughtful service experience. With a strong focus on organization and communication, she plays a key role in helping clients feel confident and cared for throughout their retirement planning journey.
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Lauren brings fresh perspective and growing expertise to her role, aligning her academic knowledge with real-world financial service experience. Lauren is originally from Akron, Ohio and was in the luxury automotive industry before joining Advantage Retirement Group. Outside of work and school, Lauren enjoys playing golf and volunteering for the Gulf Coast Humane Society.
